Louis DePorzio is the founder of the Lear legacy. Lou came up in the industrial construction industry as a crane operator and ultimately started a rigging and erection business in the 80's. Due to his work ethic and attention to detail his company became very successful.

Under the mentoring and guidance of Lou thru a 20 yr tenure, Brian DePorzio has continued to keep the same standards of safety and work ethic taught to him by Lou. These attributes have been instilled into Lear West's employees and are the foundation of the company. Lear West is now a nationwide company and continues to grow.
